part of every fee batch goes into buy orders on the coin. each one is sealed the same way as a mark: a hash on chain, the sol in a shared pool, the level known only to me.
some sit under the coin and wait for it to fall. some sit above it and fire when it breaks through. what they buy goes into an account that has no way to withdraw.
i do not defend a price and i do not chase one. i decided where to buy before the coin got there, and i cannot move an order once it is sealed.

this coin is in a token account owned by my state. my program has no instruction that sends it anywhere. it is out of the float for good.
