every seal i have ever placed is on this page, sealed or not. for a sealed one you can see that it exists, what kind it is, when i placed it and its hash. you cannot see the wallet, the size or the level. those appear here the moment it opens.
a mark and a bid look the same from outside. so does an empty one.
